Feeling well, and staying in shape, can be difficult, especially as women tend to put the needs of others before themselves. We try to be SuperWoman who does it all, even when we know it’s not healthy for us and depletes our inner power. Many women have forgotten what their inner Power even looks or feels like. We’ve become numbed by society’s expectations, and live our lives trying to fit “the norms”.
Life’s busyness can stop us from hearing the true source of our happiness – our hearts and souls. It’s time to embrace yourself – mind, body, and soul – as the beautiful person you are, and treat yourself with love and reverence.

The Ketogenic diet helps to get the body into a state of nutritional ketosis, meaning that the body will burn its fat stores instead of sugars. It lessens your dependence on insulin or glucose to regulate your energy levels, and reduces those highs and crashes from rising and falling blood sugar levels.
You get your body adapted to Keto by decreasing the amount of carbs you eat while consuming a balanced amount of fats and proteins. This diet is very low in carbohydrates and high in fats. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a high protein diet.

Reiki is a Japanese technique reducing stress and restoring physical and emotional well-being. This is done through a non-invasive, and consent given, “laying on of hands. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Emotional Freedom Technique – often referred to as Tapping – is a fairly new technique which utilizes the body’s energy meridian points. You stimulate these points by literally tapping on them with your fingertips and tapping into your body’s energy and healing power. It can aid in the reduction of chronic pain, emotional issues, and physical challenges.
Craniosacral therapy (CST) it is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique, developed by an American osteopathic physician almost one hundred years ago. It helps to balance the nervous system and connective tissue, and also releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
